Consumer-centric lifecycle marketing leader with 10+ years of experience across startups and enterprise. I specialize in building retention programs from scratch as well as scaling existing multi-channel engagement across email, SMS, push, in-app, and loyalty. With a foundation in consumer insights, growth marketing, and data analytics, I design habit-forming experiences that increase loyalty, repeat purchase, and lifetime value.

At SC Johnson, I launched their first-ever DTC lifecycle programs across 3 brands—accounting for 30% of DTC revenue. Prior to SCJ, I built programs for a number of startups where I owned both strategy and execution.
